Kuda Intern Programme: We are pleased to invite young graduates to apply for the Kuda Bank Graduate trainee programme aimed at equipping recent graduates with industrial skills in the “Fintech” sector. Kuda Bank is looking for an intern to join the Growth team and help with day-to-day operations and initiatives. This will entail administrative activities, platform and process administration, research, and campaign setup. This post will be part of the Growth Marketing department, but you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with Growth Product and Growth Data and obtain a diverse range of experience.

Responsibilities of Intern
Responsibilities
Below are the responsibilities for the role of Kuda Bank Graduate Interns:
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks such as reporting, preparation of slide decks, Notion documentation etc.
- Monitor and update platform management processes (audience lists, campaign tagging, content organisation, naming conventions, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and customer research to support Growth initiatives.
- Support the team with campaign set ups across different platforms (digital ads, lifecycle messaging, etc.).
- Liaise with other teams to help drive projects forward
- Assist with testing new features and troubleshooting potential bugs within the tools that we use.
- Explore ways to utilize available (or new) technology to improve team operations and unlock efficiencies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.
- Be adaptive to business needs and take on ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements for the Kuda Bank Graduate Intern Programmes
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with the use of Google Workspace (Gmail, google sheets, google docs etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking
